ShippingChristmas postage dates This is advice given by Royal Mail - last post date for items to be received in time for Christmas Australia + Far East - 5th December USA, Middle east + East Europe - 10th December Europe - 12th December UK Standard Parcels -18th December UK 1st class - 20th December Please remember because the amount of mail sent this time of year there may be slight delays and this is only a guide issued by Royal Mail We Aim to please all our customers by providing the best possible shipping rates for UK and Worldwide. All shipping charges are based upon gross weight (weight of the order plus packing). You will be informed of all shipping charges at the checkout BEFORE you make any payment. Shipping costs work out more economical for larger orders so it pays to combine orders with friends, family or work colleagues if possible. UK Customers - Please note orders below 1.8kg in all areas of UK are covered by same p+p cost. Orders over 1.8kg are now split to Mainland UK and Non Mainland UK Mainland Uk = Delivery addresses anywhere on the mainland (ie not islands or over water). Non Mainland UK = Delivery address anywhere else. (ie Northern Ireland, Scottish Isles, Channel Isles etc). PLEASE ENSURE YOU SELECT THE CORRECT POSTAGE OPTION FOR YOUR DELIVERY ADDRESS BEOFRE PAYING FOR YOUR ORDER. WRONG OPTIONS WILL DELAY YOUR ORDER. If you need help establishing which delivery cost option you should choose please either email us sales@candysweetstore.com or call on 08454277412 If any order is less than 1kg, it will be shipped via Royal Mail First Class Post In order to keep costs to a minimum you will be offered the cheapest postage cost for the weight of order. For orders over 1kg these will be sent by Parcel Post and this could be via Royal Mail or Interlink Express depending on your location (see above). Our aim is for you to receive your goods within 3-7 working days from date of your order; however we are proud that it rarely takes this long. Overseas Customers For International orders we use Royal Mail Small Packet Airmail for up to 2kg per packet. Postal insurance is offered and if you do not choose this then we cannot replace lost packages. For European countries within Europe zones 1-4 and USA we use an International Courier for orders over 2Kg. This includes insurance. Airmail takes a minimum of 5 working days from dispatch date, this can be delayed by your countries customs. We advise you allow at least 10 working days from order date. We cannot be responsible for loss or damage due to customs searches of the package/s. Please ensure you choose the correct postage zone for your delivery address. You will see a giude to European shipping zones when you view your shopping Basket. Failure to select the correct zone could result in a delay for dispatch of goods. For some European and worldwide customers, if your purchase is over 5kg. please email us at sales@candysweetstore.com for a more comprehensive shipping quote All Customers Remember shipping is less per item the more you order, so why not combine your order with family, friends and work colleagues it works out much more economical. Time scales are based on expectation and experience not actual agreements. If you have a date deadline for a function that you need to recieve the goods for and this is not within our advise, please contact us to check before ordering. On the rare occasion that an item is out of stock you will be notified by email so a replacement can be chosen or the order held until item is in stock again.All orders are packaged the best possible way whilst also not adding to the postal cost for customers. Candy Sweet Store cannot be held responsible for orders affected by climatic conditions once it has been dispatched (example - hot climate chocolate may melt or soften). UK Customers who have chosen to pay by cheque please remember your order will not be dispatched until funds have cleared |
